Red/Yellow Card System
If you breach the rules in any way, the normal procedure will be as follows.
1. You will be issued with a warning by an Administrator.
2. If you continue to breach the rules, you will be issued with a Yellow Card. This will go against your user name/avatar so that all administrators and moderators are aware that you have been yellow carded. The Yellow Card will remain with you for one week (or longer, depending on the severity of the breach). If you do not breach the rules again during this period of time, the Yellow Card will be removed and that will be the end of the matter.
3. Should you breach the rules whilst you are on a Yellow Card, you will be immediately Red Carded. This will involve a suspension from the forum. The length of the suspension will be dependant on the severity of the breach, starting at one week, longer if it is felt necessary. Once your suspension has been served, you are welcome back to the forum.
4. A record will be kept of yellow/red card offences for each individual member. First offences will be for a 1-week period, as stated above, but your second offence will be for 2 weeks, third offence 3 weeks etc.
5. The above is a rough guide and the administration team reserve the right to alter the length of yellow/red card periods at their own discretion dependant on the severity of the individual situation.
