We bang on about an own goal? At least we are'nt stuck in a 25 year time warp where we still think were the biggest club in Europe! :@ And by my second post I meant you've got nothing else to really worth shouting about apart from a golden period ages ago...

I think what reall gets me with this history, present and future thing is that Villa have it a lot better than us on all levels.

At least we are'nt stuck in a 25 year time warp where we still think were the biggest club in Europe! :@ And by my second post I meant you've got nothing else to really worth shouting about apart from a golden period ages ago... This is what I really love about the Bluenoses...their total hypocrisy. This guy comes on here (as a guest) and the first thing he does is to wind us up about something that happened ages ago. Then, when we bite back, he blames US for being stuck in the past, reflecting on past glories, etc. I work in Bordesley Green and Small Heath.....nearly every person there supports the Blues....and they are constantly going on about the "double double" - the first four times they played us in the Prem. Some of them have even got mirrors on the wall with it on!! Sad...really really sad. But not dwelling in the past though eh???? And I like to remind them that there was football prior to Sky TV!! I love that second bit of the quote (above)....nothing to shout about APART FROM a golden period ages ago. Ha ha ha...quality, total quality. Nothing at all.....apart from a fantastic ground that is the home of FA Cup semis; average crowds of approx 39000 every year; one of the best managers in the game; one of THE best youth academies in the country; a Chairman and Board that actually care about their fans; ever-presents in the Premier League since its inception; famous name around the world....I could go on but i don't want to appear to be harping on about the past or anything. Jealousy is a horrible emotion..... :hehe: :hehe: :hehe:
